Sensible Move will help you every step of the way from the initial free valuation, marketing of your home with regular updates, finding you a buyer, agreeing a sale and seeing this through to completion. Your fee will be kept to a minimum as you will not be charged for the usual high street estate agents overheads, saving you money.

Sensible Move do not tie you in to a contract and are happy to conduct appointments seven days a week and at any time of the day.
