Bianca is a fully qualified and accredited Life & Relationship Coach. She has qualifications in Counselling, Coaching, N.L.P. (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Nutritional Therapy and Psychology.
She specialises in helping clients improve their mental, emotional and physical health. From losing weight, overcoming phobias or just finding a way when you’re feeling stuck in a rut in your life or relationship.
She will help you find clarity, overcome stress, anxiety and depression (and act more positively when life can appear overwhelming).
The advantage of her approach is that it is a combination of counselling, NLP and coaching. She will help you work out what is at the bottom of the problem and then you can find a better way to respond. She will help you identify what you ‘do’ want instead of focusing on what you don’t.
